Do coins expire?
No. Compute Credits have no expiry date. Buy a large pack now and use them whenever the right drop comes along.
What if a drop is cancelled or I don't win?
You are only charged if checkout completes with an order confirmation. If the drop doesn't go live or all tasks decline, no coins are deducted.
Can I get a refund on unused coins?
Coins are non-refundable once purchased, but they never expire, so your investment is safe.
What happens if I run out of coins mid-drop?
If a confirmed win is reached and your balance goes negative, your order is never cancelled. You'll receive a 48-hour top-up grace period to restore your balance before future drops are locked.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Apex mid-season?
Yes. Tier selection is per-drop. Choose Apex or Elite on any specific high-heat drop and Standard for quieter releases.
